Spicy Goldfish ( goldfish pepes)


Ingredient :
v  4 goldfish
v  3 carambola or star fruit
v  2 spoon of oil
v  2 lemongrass, thinly sliced the white part
v  4 bay leaves
v  4 lime leaves
v  1 bundle basil leaves
v  Banana leaves for wrap
v  toothpick
Spice :
v  6 onions
v  6 garlics
v  7 red chilli
v  2 spoon red sugar/palm sugar, sliced
v  2 cm kaempferia galanga or kencur
v  2 cm saffron
v  Salt
How to make :
v  Puree all spice
v  Clean fish and scratch.
v  Squeeze carambola or star fruit and apply to fish, set aside.
v  mixed spice with oil and lemongrass, apply to fish, set aside for 20 minutes.
v  Take banana leaves, put bay leaf and lime leaf, put 1 fish and wrap than pin with toothpick
v  Steam for 45 minutes, take up, roasted over fire until rather dry.

Cassava Leaf Vegetable ( Indonesian food )


Ingredient :
  • v  4 bundle of cassava leaves
  • v  6 big onions
  • v  4 small garlics
  • v  1 thumb of ginger
  • v  1 thumb of galingale or laos
  • v  5 candlenuts
  • v  1 tea spoon of coriander
  • v  Lemongrass
  • v  Bay leaves
  • v  Fried ebi (leftover of oil can be used for stir fry)
  • v  Coconut milk

How to make :
v         Finely minced all ingredient except lemongrass and bay leaves, than stir fry.
Pour coconut milk, after boil pour cassava leaves and than take up.
